RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

At Avanti Artifacts, we strive to provide high-quality, made-to-order products to our customers. Due to the nature of our business, we have the following refund and returns policy in place:

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for our products, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, don’t hesitate to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide a detailed description of the issue and attach any relevant photos as proof of damage or defect. We may require additional information or documentation before processing your return or exchange request.

Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability.

  1. Refunds

If your return or exchange request is approved, we will process a refund using the same payment method as the original transaction. The refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the authorized returned item. Please understand that the refund may take some time to post to your account, depending on your bank’s policies and processing times.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return any authorized item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
